The Cartrack is recruiting a Manage Sales to Maputo.

Responsibility:

  • The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region;
  • Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role;
  • Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS;
  • Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes;
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team;
  • Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets.

Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Previous experience managing and coaching a Sales Team;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Solution orientated;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills;
  • Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level;
  • CRM applied experience.
